Take a Inside Look at Natalee and Donny’s Romantic Fall Wedding

This romantic fall wedding was nothing short of perfection!  When I first met with Natalee and her mom, I knew this wedding was going to be one for the books.  I have known Natalee and her entire family since she was in high school and she has always been a breath of fresh air.  She is always smiling and always so sweet!

Donny and Natalee were great friends through high school and started dating after they graduated from high school. They were made for each other and everyone knew it. At their engagement session they never stopped giggling, smiling, and stealing glances at each other and I have never felt so in the presence of true love!

Natalee and Donny’s wedding day was perfect and truly reflected both of their personalities.  I started the day capturing their beautiful details from their rings, to their accessories, hair and makeup, and so much more. Also, check out these adorable Keds bathed in charms that Natalee’s dad has given her over the years.

Getting Ready:

Natalee changed into her beautiful bridal gown with just her mom and her sister who was her maid of honor, and it was such a beautiful moment that I was able to capture on camera. It’s moments like these that people want to relive forever, and the fact that I am the one to capture it is so special to me. 

Natalee’s bridesmaids were the best! There reaction to her during their first look was priceless.  It’s amazing to have friends who truly love you and are so happy that you get to marry the love of your life. 

Donny also had a great group of guys standing by his side on his wedding day. Many of them were friends since high school and that is truly amazing. 

This cake was nothing short of amazing and every single flower from Henderson’s Florist was perfection! This cake definitely was a show stopper! 

Dad and daughter first look is one of the sweetest moments of the day and I love being able to capture their genuine reactions to seeing each other. Seeing your baby girl all dressed up for her wedding day is such a special moment in every dad’s life. 

The First Look

Just look at the anticipation on Donny’s face!  He could not WAIT to turn around and see his beautiful bride!

The venue:

The White Dove Barn is one of the most beautiful venues in our area!  Featuring white features, tall ceilings, and large windows, this venue feels so large, open and inviting. Emily, the coordinator was amazing and was on top of every detail throughout the entire day. The staff at this venue is truly amazing and they care about each of their wedding parties and want to make sure everything goes right for them. 

This venue is one of my favorite venues in the Nashville, TN area because of how simple, yet elegant it is. You can dress this venue up in any decor style you like, and you’ll never forget your special day and how beautiful it was. 

To add a little twist to their photos, Donny was a high school state champion bowler, we even did some of their engagement photos at a bowling alley.  It was only right to have a bowling pin as their guest book!

Natalee and Donny said their vows under the night sky by candlelight!  Fun fact: their officiant was Natalee’s uncle, who also married Natalee’s mom and dad almost 25 years ago to the day!

The Reception

After an amazing “Breakfast for Dinner” catered by The Wildberry Cafe and a mimosa bar, it was time to get the party started!

Natalee and Donny’s fraternity brothers and sorority sisters were all there to celebrate with them and it was amazing to see them all together. We capped off the night with a sparkler exit!
