The Estate at Cherokee Dock located in Lebanon, TN is one of my very favorite venues in the area.  If you are looking for a venue that literally has everything, this is a must see venue!  This venue is 40 minutes outside of downtown Nashville, TN, located right on the lake in Lebanon, TN.  

This venue has a attached hotel that can hold up to 30 of your guests – making it easy for out-of-town guests to attend and not have to worry about where they will stay – the venue and hotel are the same building. 

Are you in love with this beautiful venue, but you think it is out of your budget?  If you don’t want to book it for the entire weekend, you are able to just book it for the day of your wedding. This is an awesome feature that this venue offers – not everyone wants to have to book a wedding venue for an entire weekend, so it’s nice that you can book it for just a day. 

What’s included:

Wedding weekends include exclusive use and access to the 13 acres of lake side property, the 13,000 sq ft home, the bridal suite, grooms quarters, and the Lakeview Event Center.  Tables and chairs are provided for up to 200 guests.  

Vendor policies:

The Estate at Cherokee Dock has an open vendor policy which is amazing!  What does this mean?  You can choose your own vendors but they must be licensed and provide proof of insurance. This is an amazing feature because not everyone wants to have all of those things chosen for them. All weddings must have a planner, parking attendants, and security.  

This stunning bridal suite is full of windows for natural light, make up tables, and plenty of space making it the perfect place to get all glammed up for your wedding day!

The home: 

The estate was built in 1960 by the Haye’s family, then was bought by Reba McEntire in 1996.  She sold the property 4 years ago and the home along with 14 acres is now The Estate at Cherokee Dock.  The estate home is 13,000 square feet and includes 8 bedrooms.  A spacious master suite with gorgeous ensuite bathroom (not to mention the 3 story closet).  There are 6 country music themed bedrooms to honor some of the greats (Garth Brooks, Johnny Cash, Willie Nelson, Dolly Parton, Patsy Cline, and Loretta Lynn).  The basement level has a large movie theater, game room, wine cellar, and another bedroom.
