Rebecca and Logan’s engagement session at Gravel Road Traditions was perfect! We spent an hour laughing, chatting, and taking photos. Then we went to Iriswoods, where they will be getting married next year and took some more photos! have know Rebecca since she was a little girl, we went to the same church and we live in the same neighborhood! I have known Logan since high school, so it was so much fun to get to capture these memories for them!
Logan and I met one night when we went ice skating with one of our friends. It wasn’t planned, but my friend and I decided to go the same night Logan and his friend went. We saw Logan and his friend, who I knew (we went to church together). We walked in and said hi, and talked to them for a while. My friend had been skating alongside me all night because I was TERRIBLE at ice skating. She was sweet enough to stay with me, but I told her that she could skate on her own for a bit since she was good at it.
After that, I remember Logan coming up to me and asking if he could skate with me. I told him yes. I thought Logan was really cute, and I was surprised he asked to skate with me. He immediately grabbed my hand and helped me ice skate. We talked a lot about where we went to school and got to know each other. I lost my balance a few times while ice skating and fell, but Logan was right there to pick me up. I remember thinking how I embarrassed myself so much by falling, and this guy I didn’t know kept having to pick me up. We continued to ice skate the rest of the night. Logan asked me for my number before I left, and I remember feeling so excited!! We went on our first date a week later, and the rest is history!
I knew Rebecca was the one at that very moment when I caught her as she fell at the ice skating rink. There was this beautiful girl who quite literally was falling into my arms! How much more magical could that get? We dated for over four years before I proposed, but I know that we’ve both known for a very long time that we were meant for each other! – Logan
I knew Logan was the one the night I met him. I had never felt so comfortable with someone I had never met. The way he looked at me was so special. I quite literally fell for him!! Even though we’ve dated for over four years I’ve never had a doubt that Logan is the one! -Rebecca
Logan proposed at Bee Rock in Monterey, TN. We had our three year anniversary pictures there back in 2023. Logan told me he wanted to go back there this year to take pictures for our four year dating anniversary. My maid of honor, Noelle, was the one that was going to be taking the pictures. We got to the overlook and Noelle was already there ready to take pictures! Noelle took a couple pictures, and then Logan got down on one knee! My best friend Haley was hiding in the bushes and ran out to surprise me right after he proposed! It was such a special night!!
I am looking forward to the moment Rebecca steps out to walk down the aisle with her dad. In public, I’m not a very emotional person, but I know at that moment I won’t be able to keep my composure! Beyond that, I am very excited to get to celebrate with all of our friends and family. I know there are so many people that have poured into our relationship so greatly, and I can’t wait to celebrate the occasion with all of them! – Logan
I am excited about EVERYTHING!! I can’t wait to spend the day getting ready with my bridesmaids and then walk down the aisle to my future husband! I am looking forward to all of our friends and family gathering in one place to celebrate! -Rebecca
