Chelsey and Ladd | Amelia Island, FL

Chelsey and Ladd’s Beach Destination Wedding was absolutely amazing! We started the weekend with the most amazing rehearsal on the beach and then a dinner of burgers and fries! It started to rain during the speeches and it made for some fun photos using the napkins to “take cover”! After the speeches there was a delicious dessert bar.

On Sunday morning the girls spent the morning getting their hair and make-up done and sipping mimosas. Chelsey slipped into her dress with her mom and step-mom and then had the sweetest reveal with her girls. We headed to the beach club and Chelsey had an emotional first look with her daddy. It was then time for her first look with Ladd! These two have waited a LONG time for this moment and it was worth the wait. They shared tears, laughs, and so many smiles. They also wrote each other letters and read them to each other. After some photo time with their bridal party it was time to head to the beach for their ceremony. It was pretty hot, after all it’s September in Florida but the clouds arrived just before the ceremony and cooled off the air so much!

After vows were exchanged, rings were given, and they sealed it with a kiss they were MARRIED! We stayed at the beach for more photos and then headed back to the beach club to dine on the most delicious dinner! Chelsey’s dad surprised her with a 2nd “father/ daughter dance”, and it was priceless! Chelsey and Ladd finished the night with a private last dance and then a sparkler exit!
